Revive Construction

Your participation in Revive Construction, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates’ (collectively, “Revive Construction”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) insurance program is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with, or fail to comply with, any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not, and may not be permitted to, participate in the program. Revive Construction reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this program requires you to install and continually maintain the telematics device, or other technology provided by Revive Construction (the “Device”), for the duration of your enrollment in the insurance program. Installing the Device or continuing to participate in the program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any future revisions.

1. The Device; Information Recorded & Transmitted

The Device connects to your vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostic II (OBD-II) port. It is GPS-enabled and records information about your vehicle and trips, which may include:

  • Miles driven
  • Speed, heading, acceleration, and deceleration
  • Altitude and periodic odometer readings
  • Collision and impact data
  • Location information
  • Any information derived from the above data (collectively, “Data”)

The Device records when it is connected or disconnected and wirelessly transmits Data to and from Revive Construction through our wireless partners. Data may be used for underwriting, rating, and analyzing our insurance offerings, as well as for improving, developing, and maintaining our products and services.

2. Eligibility

Any vehicle compatible with the Device is eligible for participation in our insurance program, provided all other underwriting guidelines are met.

Participants must:

  • Provide a valid email address.
  • Install and continually maintain the Device in all registered vehicles covered by the program.

3. Device Requirements

The Device uses a small amount of current from the vehicle battery, even when the vehicle is turned off. Exercise caution if your vehicle has an older or weak battery or may sit unused for extended periods.

The Device may be transferred to a replacement vehicle on the policy, provided you notify Revive Construction of the change.

The Device remains the property of Revive Construction. In the event of policy termination or vehicle removal, the Device must be returned in good, working condition within 30 days. Failure to return the Device may result in a $100 charge per device, which will be applied to any card or account you have on file. Normal wear and tear or accident-related damage will not result in a fee.

4. Consent

By participating in this program, you (and any registered owner of the covered vehicle) acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will voluntarily install and continually maintain the Device in each covered vehicle.
  • Failure to do so is a violation of your insurance policy.
  • The insurance program is a subscription-based service.
  • You grant Revive Construction a perpetual license to use the Data, as allowed by applicable law, for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

We may retain Data as required by applicable laws, regulations, or our internal data retention policies.

5. Use of Vehicle Data in Claims

You consent to our use of Data when evaluating or processing claims under your insurance policy, regardless of driver or party at fault.

In the event of an accident, you must preserve the Device and all Data stored on it. Do not discard or destroy the Device, as failure to preserve it may be considered a failure to cooperate with your policy and could affect claim evaluation or settlement.

Revive Construction may share Data, without additional consent or notice, in response to a lawful subpoena, court order, or as otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.
